Aesthetics of space and light
The three lofts are spread over the same floor and can all be rented at the same time to create a private 140m² suite. Each loft is equipped with every comfort with double-glazed windows and benefits from a living room opening onto a full American kitchen, an open and designer bathroom, free Wi-Fi, a large smart TV and reversible air conditioning. A washing machine is available in the upper common area which opens onto the rooftop garden. The bedding includes breathable, semi-hard mattresses that support the back as well as Coco-Mat pillows for quality sleep to allow you to enjoy the island's leisure activities in the best conditions.
Meticulously designed to provide an artistic experience, our lofts are designed like living galleries. Emphasizing space and light, we've conceived their aesthetics, right down to the creation of the furniture.

The exteriors
Location and Historical Background
The capital of the Cyclades, Syros is just a 20-minute flight from Athens or a 4- hour ferry ride from Piraeus. The island enjoys a strategic location among the other islands; surrounded by Mykonos, Tinos, Naxos, Paros, Sifnos, Serifos, and Kythnos, it is often protected from strong winds.
You will fall under the charm of its varied nature and the neoclassical architectural richness of the town of Hermoupoli, which bears witness to its special place in the history of Greece, having been the first commercial port on the Silk Road. Syros has since benefited from a dynamic and eclectic cultural life .
The lofts are located in the heart of Hermoupoli, at the center of all day and night life, and overlook a small pedestrian street from which all the picturesque charm of the Cyclades still emanates.
The rooftop garden is exclusive to guests. Here, you'll enjoy the varied atmospheres of the day, with its proximity to the marina and views of the city's three most magnificent churches: St. Nicholas, St. Anastasia, and St. George.
